Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Products that show signs of use, damage, or washing after delivery may not qualify for a return.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
